Antonio Conte: Three strikers needed in the squad.

Chelsea secured a place in the fifth round of the F.A cup after defeating Newcastle 3 goals to nothing at Standford Bridge on Sunday.

Michy Batshuayi replaced Alvaro Morata in the striking position and scored two goals in the first part of the match and later sealed by Marcos Alonso after the break.

The Belgian attacker has been linked up with two teams recently but expected to join Sevilla before the round off of the transfer window on 31 of this month.

According to Conte “A good squad who appears in many competitions most have at least three strikers and will only have Michy Batshauyi and Alvaro Morata. ”

“I told you already I don’t  know about the team transfer plan but as for me have stated what I need, The management will now choose their best option either to continue with two strikers.”

“I don’t see any reason for sending him out, but I will try to keep him since we need more of them in the current situation. ”

Conte promised to hold Batshauyi even after the arrival of Edin Dzeko or any other targeted man.

“We are talking about a complete striker but may need little improvement. He’s strong, physically fit as a striker and also behave like a target man. ”

The former Madrid player, Alvaro Morata still suffering from back injury may miss the next premier league game, according to report.
