Chelsea and Dortmund to resit on Michy Batshuayi future.

The German side, Borussia Dortmund want Michy Batshuayi on a permanent move at the end of the current campaign. The Belgian joined them during January transfer window from the England Champion(Chelsea) on loan deal as a replacement of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Batshuayi has scored three goals in two matches played for Borussia Dortmund after he joined from Chelsea on the transfer deadline whereby was replaced by Olivier Giroud on the same day.

It has been difficult for Michy Batshuayi to get the first-team spot since he arrived at Chelsea. Despite lacking the availability of a striker, The club prefers a false striker to Michy.

The Belgian international joined Chelsea from Marseille for 33.1million,  in 2016 summer transfer. A successful season for him in the French league after scoring 36 goals before moving to England.

The Bundesliga side, Dortmund tried to convince Chelsea management to include a permanent option to buy as part of the loan agreement but was rejected.

Michy Batshauyi secured a path for Borrusia Dortmund against Hamburg on Saturday, resulting in a 2-0 victory after Mario Gotze sealed the match in the second part of the game.

According to Dortmund Chief, Hans-Joachim Watzke on landing Batshuayi on permanent base in the coming transfer window “If he keeps scoring and winning matches for us, it will be difficult for us to get him. But I will try to keep him.”
