Chelsea to spend big on Stamford Bridge after been given green light to move on with all necessary step after the end of the current campaign, Reported by Football.London.
Brokedown of the plan to expand the Stadium last year was caused by Crosthwaite family, whereby the talked about family took a High Court injunction, reporting to the court that the expansion would block light into their house.
The family has agreed to allow the team to move on with their plan but the Crosthwaite’s in all demanded as much as £20million in compensation for damages after the construction.
According to report, The Club (Chelsea) has now reached an agreement to compensate the family over lose property also the court has ordered a specific date for Chelsea to meet the payment.
Following the Club announcement which was made on Wednesday, “Chelsea Fc have reach agreement to settle the ongoing legal proceedings related to right light. The details of the agreement have been confirmed and it stays confidential.”
The club is hoping to get their permanent site (HOME) from the start of 2023 but Roman Anaerobic want it earlier.
