PRESS CONFERENCE: Antonio Conte gives update about players ahead of Spurs clash

Chelsea boss, Antonio Conte gives an update (injuries, players to be available for the clash) on Chelsea current situation ahead of the Premier League game against Spurs (Tottenham) at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea last match in the Premier League was against Crystal Palace but missed the round 31 weeks with Manchester United, Tottenham, Southampton, and Leicester City who all went for the F.A cup[ competition before the international break.

Chelsea boss gives an update on Courtois and Christensen injury “I can’t say that they are truly fit to face Spurs on Sunday. we will cross check there fitness and give a reply soon.”

“At this present moment, It’s difficult for me to give a direct answer about my players because of the international break .”

“Ross Barkley has been training but not with the first team. we are talking about a player that was out for seven months, we preferred him to be with the under 23 for now and exercise patient on him.”

“Alvaro Morata his 100% fit, everybody knows the greatness of Alvaro Morata, the reason why he was drop was not clear to me and am sure there is still a possibility for him in the Spanish squad.”

“We have to respect the decision of the national coaches but sometimes make the wrong choice which will affect many teams.”

Chelsea boss promised to reach the final stage of the F.A cup competition since it remains the only hope for Chelsea this season.
